Time is an essential component in my work. It is an evolution of process and layers, very similar to the healing process. August 6, 1945 was a time of chaos, devastation, and death. As time progressed we envisioned windows of hope. Nature took over-human nature of faith and hope and God given nature of regrowth and renewal. Sorrows are now washed. Layers of color enliven our souls. We feel united and whole.
